Edifil 13 – 1c Green. Cancelled with 13 Aug 1898 ‘Philippine Station – San Francisco’ Duplex Cancel (Goodale 1). This postwark was transferred from Cavite Postal Station to Manila on 14 Aug 1898, as a result the 13 Aug cancel was the latest usage of this postmark in Cavite. The 13 Aug postmarked cards, all on Postal Cards, are probably souvenirs and there are only a handful known (refer Philippine Philatelic Journal, Fourth Quarter 2012). Fine.

Very unusual cover with non-Philippine stamp applied and used commercially. Not seen before.
