NB8 PROOF – Mint (OG, NH). Unissued National Heroes Souvenir Sheet. About 200,000 were printed with a different design but never issued. They were discovered in the vaults of the Main Post Office during the battle to retake Manila in February 1945. Only about 100 intact copies survived the subsequent fire and wholesale looting. Very Scarce.
