N4 on Long Cover – Official Mail from Municipality of San Miguel, Leyte, addressed to Tacloban, Leyte. Pair both with Large KP Handstamp. Backstamped ‘Tacloban, Leyte – May 20, 1944). Very minor edge creasing noted. Scarce Usage.

N15 and N4 on Long Cover – Official Mail. Turned cover. Original letter franked with N15 with Small ‘KP’ handstamp, dated Apr 4, 1944 and addressed to Tacloban, Leyte. Slogan postmark and ‘Postal Savings Bank’ slogan handstamp applied. Cover was then turned and mailed to Cebu City franked with 3 N4 stamps with Large ‘KP’ handstamps (third stamp ripped). Tied with indistinct May (1944) CDS. Odd faults but very scarce usage, and two different official handstamps on the same cover. Very interesting cover.
